Fabrice Sergent
- CEO, Cellfish Media LLC.
Fabrice Sergent is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cellfish Media LLC and is one of Europe’s web pioneers.With the support of Arnaud Lagardère, he founded one of the first web agencies in France, Studio Grolier, at age twenty-two, and then Club Internet at age twenty four, the first consumer internet service provider ever launched in France which he ran for 7 years as Chairman and CEO, then sold it to Deutsche Telecom’s subsidiary T-Online for an historical 1.2b€ transaction, a landmark deal in the European new media space for its time.
- From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Sergent served as CEO of Lagardere Active Broadband, the digital arm of Lagardere SCA, one of the largest media groups in the world, with properties in books (Warner Books), magazine publishing (Hachette Filipacchi Media), TV and radio and in senior capacities with European media organizations including the executive committee of Lagardère radio/TV divisions, as well as a supervisory board member of T-Online International (Deutsche Telekom group), the largest European ISP, a director for Europe1 Interactive, Hachette Multimedia, Le Monde Interactif, France’s leading national newspaper’s new media subsidiary.Mr. Sergent graduated from the Institut National des Télécommunications (France).
Julien Mitelberg
- COO, Celflish Media LLC.
Mr Mitelberg worked in 1994 at Matra Hachette Multimedia.In 1996 he founded with F. Sergent and managed the Web agency "Le Studio Grolier". It was then the leader among France's web agencies, which became Plurimedia in 2001. He left Paris in 2004 to create the North-American subsidiary of Lagardere Active Broadband, which in 2006 became Cellfish Media LLC.
Nicolas d’Hueppe
- CEO, Cellfish Media France.
After having launched in 1998 and run the first online booking site of the Accor Group, accorhotels.com, Mr d'Hueppe in 2000 joined the business development team of Lagardere Active Broadband for the launch of mobile activities, notably with Plurimedia. In 2002, he took over the head of the marketing division and he became in 2006 CEO of Cellfish France.
David J. Weisz
- Global CMO, Cellfish Media LLC.
General Manager, Cellfish Media North America
Mr Weisz started his career at Thomson Publishing, where he held various sales and marketing positions. At Legion Group, he was responsible for company’s international business development, notably for the creation and the management of subsidiaries in Greece, Brazil, Singapore, Taiwan and Poland. In 2002, David was appointed Vice-President of Lagardere Active Broadband, where he led the marketing and business development functions. Since 2006, he has been the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Cellfish Media, LLC, and has also taken on the role of General Manager, Cellfish North America. David is a graduate in economics from Leeds University and holds an MBA from London Business School.
Muriel Lelandais
- COO, Cellfish Media Canada.
Muriel Lelandais actively participated, as early as 1995 and along with Fabrice Sergent, in the creation of Club-Internet. She held successive operational and administrative missions for Lagardere Active Broadband's Executive Team - Executive Assistant, Business Development Project Manager and General Secretary. Since 2007, she is CEO of Cellfish Media Canada, which is the R&D business of Cellfish Media. Ms Lelandais graduated from Sup de Co. Montpellier.
Emilie Christophe
- VP Corporate Communication.
Emilie Christophe joined Lagardere Group in 1997 as Club Internet PR Manager. In 1999, she joined "Le Studio Grolier" web agency as Communication manager. She became VP corporate of Lagardere Active Broadband in 2001, renamed Cellfish Media in 2006.
